Grain prices vary throughout the harvest; generally, they reach their lowest price when harvest starts, whether the summer harvest (January to March) or the second harvest (April to July). Furthermore, because of the high demand for grain logistics in this period, the shipping cost increases considerably.
Thus, planning the grain storage makes the difference when we think of commercialization.
In the 2019/2020 harvest, for example, we had valuation of more than 50% in the price of soybeans and corn between the beginning of the respective harvests and 6 months later.

When the grain is commercialized, the determining factor in its final value is WEIGHT, and part of the grain composition is water. Therefore, keeping the grain moisture is essential at the time of storage.
When storage is done incorrectly, the grains might be exposed to adverse environmental conditions, causing quick loss of moisture.
Because of the exclusive technology in the material composition, Silo Bag Silox provides a hermetically sealed internal environment, keeping the moisture and the weight very close to those at the time the grains have been stored.
